Recovery support navigator

 Our Recovery Support Navigators provide collaborative recovery planning and case management across all stages of an individuals journey from assessment to sustained recovery. They will provide assistance with vocational services to support jobs skills and development, as well as helping to set up appointments for doctors visits, testing, and receiving financial, legal and social supports.
